This reimplements jimblandy#31 using the new regenerate.sh. It makes some guesses as to what the correct target arch is, but I don't think it does anything unreasonable here.

For anyone interested in helping along with this. All I need to confident in merging this is for someone to test it on an armv7 target and confirm it builds. |

I have no idea where my raspberry pi has gone to, so this is entirely untested. I don't think there will be any issues, but I also don't really have an issue with leaving this PR open until we can figure out a way to test this.
